One of those individuals was Steve Box, whose mentorship played an important role in shaping my professional journey. Steve helped build my confidence, offered invaluable advice on interview techniques and approach, and his guidance had a lasting influence on my development and progression. Nearly twenty years later, we remain in touch, and I am proud to still consider him a trusted friend.
